The internet has some amazing capabilities that most of us are just discovering. One such technology is the ability to call up satelite photos of almost any part of the country at the click of the mouse. Don't worry though, Big Brother isn't watching. These are static photos that are updated periodically mapping almost the entire country.

The resolution on these free photos isn't perfect. The following picture is given as an example:

In this photo, you can see the beach and some houses and roads. We added the yellow ring ourselves to highlight our particular property's location (you can do this yourself as well).

So where do you go to get this awesome free photo? Just check out GlobeXplorer.com/mapquest and enter your address. You may have to click on the "photo" tab once the map appears. Be sure to choose the big graphic and save it to your computer. Then you can login to your property management page and add the photo to your listing. It's that simple! Note, however, that some areas may not be mapped by GlobeXplorer.
